Profile: OBCI constructed new double rail receiving and barge loadout structures. Including: related demolition, earthwork, rail receiving conveyor pit with structural steel, conveyor rail support structure, concrete foundations, erection of elevator tower and loadout tower, rail cover building, and a control building. OCBI also installed grain conveyors, elevators, and barge loading components.

Profile: OBCI designed and built this structure to complement the owners existing residence located adjacent to the office. This project was part of an extensive renovation and expansion to the Campbell Estate.

Candlewood Bridge

Profile: This local landmark was originally built in 1894. Traditional masonry craftsmanship was applied with modern safety and construction standards resulting in the transformation of an aging, dilapidated, and unsafe bridge into a useful transportation connection between residential and recreational areas. OBCI was awarded IDOT's Contractor of the Year award in the "small construction project" category.
